| James D. "Mitch" Vilos is a
graduate of the prestigious J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. Soon after becoming
a member of the Utah State Bar in 1978, he began concentrating in personal
injury law, handling medical malpractice, birth trauma, and products
liability cases with an emphasis on brain and spinal cord injuries. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum as a result of recovering more than a Million Dollars for his clients in several cases. His articles have been published in the Utah State Bar Journal and Utah Trial Lawyers Journal. He has been retained as an expert witness in cases involving firearms injuries.
