    James D. "Mitch" Vilos is a graduate of Utah State University and the J. Reuben's Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. He has been in practice since 1978, practicing in both Utah and Alabama. His practice concentrates in personal injury law, including medical malpractice, birth trauma, and products liability cases with an emphasis on brain and spinal cord injury cases. Mr. Vilos has obtained numerous large verdicts and settlements on behalf of injured clients. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum as a result of achieving numerous settlements in excess of 1 Million dollars.  He has written articles for the Utah State Bar Journal, Utah Trial Lawyers Journal , American Self Defense Institute Oracle, and has authored many articles dealing with brain injury litigation.
